1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the goodwin8 website located at goodwin8.vip (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the goodwin8 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the goodwin8 Platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any person who accesses any goodwin8 service. goodwin8 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use the goodwin8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of goodwin8, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the goodwin8 Platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

goodwin8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) goodwin8 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your goodwin8 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Notify goodwin8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

goodwin8 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified goodwin8 of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

goodwin8 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of its players. You agree to provide any documentation requested by goodwin8 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

goodwin8 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. goodwin8 does not accept deposits from third parties.

Deposits are generally credited to your goodwin8 account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. goodwin8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for deposits where applicable.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• goodwin8 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed on the Platform.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the goodwin8 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

goodwin8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash except as expressly stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• goodwin8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, use of automated software, or collusion, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the goodwin8 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

goodwin8 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and random outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed during play.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, goodwin8 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. goodwin8 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Bets placed and accepted by the goodwin8 system are final. goodwin8 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error, and to correct any errors in game results or payouts.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the goodwin8 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, access control, or technical restriction on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing goodwin8 staff or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means to disguise your true location or identity.
• Creating or using accounts on behalf of another person without their explicit written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the goodwin8 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of goodwin8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from goodwin8.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of goodwin8 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, goodwin8, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from technical failures, system outages, or interruptions to the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information or content displayed on the Platform.

goodwin8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your goodwin8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. goodwin8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

goodwin8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Inactivity of your account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• A requirement to do so under applicable law or PAGCOR regulation.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any applicable fees.

You may close your goodwin8 account at any time by contacting goodwin8 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

11. Responsible Gaming

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. goodwin8 cooperates fully with PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described above.

12.3 Game Result Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the goodwin8 server log shall be the definitive record of the outcome of any game round. goodwin8's decision on game result disputes, made in good faith and in accordance with applicable game rules, shall be final and binding.

13. Amendments to These Terms

goodwin8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, goodwin8 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the goodwin8 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.
